You should be aware that there are some very unscrupulous solicitors out there who actually prefer to take your holding deposit and then either ensure that you loose your chosen property due to their slow response or careless inaction, or worse – due to their inexperience in rustic properties, will mislead and misinform the buyer in order to avoid their actually carrying out any conveyancing whatsoever, and therefore retain the original deposit – as a gift from you to them!
Please look for a Spanish solicitor or lawyer who has experience in rustic property, or better still is actually classified as a rustic specialist. He will conclude his work in a timely fashion, and make very sure that your intended purchase is in perfect condition to buy.
