Crusty Cob
After living in Spain for a number of years I did start to miss a nice crusty loaf so got my old Breville bread maker out and now we have a lovely warm crusty Hovis style loaf whenever we want.I buy fresh yeast (I haven't seen dried in the shops) and basically put 2 teaspoons in for the largest loaf. I cant buy dried milk so I substitute the water and the dried milk for fresh milk. And the results are tremendous, so easy, cheap and delicious!
